Shipping costs :
Shipping within Germany is free. Free shipping applies only to Germany. For shipping to other European countries and non-EU countries, we charge €7.00.
Shipping service provider :
All orders are shipped via DHL. International shipments are sent via Deutsche Post.
Delivery times :
- The delivery time for orders from Germany is 2-4 working days .
- The delivery time for orders from the European Union is 4-8 working days.
- The delivery time for orders from countries outside Europe is 12-16 working days.
If you are in a real hurry for the delivery of your order, please write to us or leave a message in the shopping cart and we will try to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
